Certificate of Merit (CM)

  • This studio is proud to offer Certificate of Merit, administered by MTAC, to its students
  • Certificate of Merit (CM) is the only official piano examination in California. Only MTAC members may enroll their students in CM
 
Certificate of Merit Curriculum:
  • Levels: Preparatory Level, Level 1-9, and Advanced Level.
  • Music Knowledge Examination
  • Ear Training Test
  • Keyboard Sight Reading
  • Required Piano Technique
  • Repertoire Requirements (Piano Performance)
 
CM Private Class Time:
  • 45 minutes class
 
CM Program Period:
  • Follow MTAC schedule.
